This memorial website was created in the memory of my beloved Dad THOMAS ALLEN who was born in United Kingdom on December 12, 1926 and passed away suddenly on August 10, 2006 at the age of 79. I will remember him forever.

Dad was born in Mansfield on the 12th of December 1926 to parents Wilfred and lillian, he was one of 5 children, the others being Edie, Jack, Margaret and Eric. When Dad was very young the family moved to Warsop for a time and then moved back to Mansfield later. Dad attended Rosemary Street school.
Dad passed away on the 10th of August 2006 the day after my birthday, it was a day I will never forget.

When days are sad and lonely,

Each time I see your picture,
You seem to smile and say,
"Don't cry, I'm in God's keeping,
We'll meet again someday."

My dad's time has come to go,
